Andrej’s career at msg life odateam already started when he was a young and eager master graduate from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences. He learned the ropes as an information system developer and later deepened his knowledge of the industry when he became a project manager. His endeavours, knowledge and people skills did not go unnoticed as he was appointed as promotion and sales manager of software, followed by the position of the head of recruitment for the requirements of the development team, then finally assuming the position of the company’s CEO. Andrej’s inside knowledge and excellent business sense combined with the ability to help employees understand the way in which their work contributes to the big picture lay the foundations of a successful business strategy.

Uroš completed his master studies at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences after which he immediately got his first job as an information system developer at msg life odateam. His expertise only grew when he was entrusted to become project manager of various internal and customer related projects. Because of his long tracking record at msg, it is only natural that he knows our product, which he is still helping to further develop, inside and out. Uroš is a real multi-tasker, so it does not come as a surprise that he currently holds the positions of project manager, the head of development, and authorised officer. He frequently engages in open, relevant as well as authentic communication with his colleagues. Due to his extensive experiences in the industry, he is well aware how teamwork helps to accomplish company goals and objectives.
